Nachiket Joshi is a senior facilitator, outbound trainer and experiential learning specialist with over two decades of experience designing immersive, learning-by-doing journeys for corporate teams.

He brings together outdoor challenges, behavioural simulations, reflective dialogue, and structured debriefs to help participants strengthen leadership presence, collaboration, trust, communication, and self-awareness. His work is especially valuable in programs where teams need to move beyond classroom learning and experience leadership, alignment, ownership, and team dynamics in action.

Nachiket Joshi

Founder / Principal Consultant

Shiffana MK is a behavioural psychologist, people and culture leader, and facilitator with extensive experience in building human-centred workplace practices and mental wellbeing interventions for individuals and organisations.

She brings together behavioural science, clinical psychology, reflective dialogue, and practical organisational experience to help participants strengthen self-awareness, emotional wellbeing, psychological safety, leadership, and performance. Her work enables individuals and teams to better understand how people think, feel, and behave—and translate that understanding into healthier cultures, stronger relationships, and sustainable growth.

Senior Training Advisor

Prajakta Mahadik is a psychologist with a clinical specialisation and a learning facilitator experienced in supporting emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and personal growth through counselling, guidance, and facilitated learning experiences.

She works with corporate teams, educational institutions, and student groups, combining psychological insight, participant engagement, and reflective facilitation to create supportive and meaningful learning environments. She has contributed to programmes for organisations including TNS, FEV, Deepak Fertilisers, Raina Industries, and Cathedral School.

Sarah Choudhary is a senior marketing and growth consultant with experience building integrated, data-led strategies across global markets. Her work spans consumer brands, financial services, telecommunications, and B2B enterprise ecosystems.

She combines brand strategy, performance marketing, content, data, and automation to build full-funnel growth systems that deliver measurable results. With experience managing large-scale marketing investments and working with leading global organisations, she helps transform visibility into stronger engagement, conversion, retention, and sustainable business growth.
